Riyadh - Mubasher: Professional Medical Expertise Company (ProMedEx) has extended its Islamic facilities agreement with Riyad Bank for a total combined value of SAR 84 million.

The credit facilities will fund ProMedEx’s ongoing projects and support its business expansion plans, according to a bourse filing.

Meanwhile, the financing comprises three types: SAR 6.50 million in bank guarantee facilities, SAR 22.50 million in letter of credit facilities, and SAR 55 million under a tawarruq limit.

The funding, obtained on 8 April 2026, carries a duration of one year from the date of the facilities document.

It is also worth noting that the facilities line is backed by promissory notes issued by ProMedEx and Alomran Holding Company.
